The equipment is provided with original spare parts and other solutions are available if the situation is non-standard.

Repair of equipment assemblies installed by FactoryLine Ltd. is provided: mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, etc.

It is possible to conclude equipment service contract for long-term cooperation.

Technical service with 24h technical support is not offered. However, customer interests will always be taken into account and much will be done to make the productionprocess stable.

In order to avoid production downtime, timely inspection and maintenance of the equipment is recommended and offered.Timely scheduled repairs can prevent unpleasant surprises at the most unlikely time when your company has the greatest production load.

The technical service is mainly offered for equipment purchased at FactoryLine Ltd. There may also be some exceptions to promote cooperation.
